SANA is registered as 501c non-profit organization the objectives of which are to unite Sindhis in North America and everywhere; to defend the historic national rights of Sindhi people; to foster friendship and understanding between Sindhis and other nationalities; to educate people about Sindhi Civilization, philosophy, values, language, literature, history and heritage; to harness and bring under one umbrella of SANA, the potential energy, resources, and knowledge in Sindhis living in North America. In light of the above objectives, SANALIST is created for the Sindhi community in North America to discuss and analyze the Sindh situation, to form a bond between Sindhis in North America and to enrich from the information flow.

SANA Dr. Feroz Ahmed Memorial Educational (FAME) Fund Scholarship Program was developed to provide a merit/Income based financial assistance to Sindhi students who are obtaining education in various universities and colleges in Pakistan. Student Progress In the shape of SANA FAME Scholarships, the SANA Community in North America sincerely tries to make positive difference in the life of our Sindhi students who, in a very difficult situation including financial hardships, are struggling to obtain higher education in Sindh. Our contribution to ease their financial hardship may be considered small, but, it is our appreciation of their hard work in the form of Scholarships award, makes big difference.

Sindh Skills Development Program (SSDP) is a non-government, not-for-profit and non-political civil society organization founded in April 03, 2015 and registered under Societies Registration Act XXI of 1860 with Registration Number 7526. It is one of the core organizations working solely for developing professionals and skilled human resources of Sindh through raising awareness, promoting quality education, skills development and career and academic counseling to compete in national and international job markets. The SSDP believes in volunteerism and it is a unique organization that assumes that sustainable and accountable development stems from economically and socially productive population especially that of the youth. SSDP’s core philosophy is that the young generation of Sindh needs market oriented competitive skills in their respective fields nationally and internationally. The target group of SSDP initiatives is the youth of Sindh and the concerned stakeholders.

The Tharparkar district, spread over 22,000 square kilometres, is a chronically poor area with an estimated population of 1.2 million. Of these, 95 % live in around 2,000 villages. Water shortage is a major problem of the area.

This project will go a long way in improving the socioeconomic conditions of the people of tharparkar in general and women and children in particular, Due to scarcity of water and non existence of water resources in their own Goths (villages) the women and children have to travel long distances daily to fetch water from far flung areas. The water wells dug will provide 12000 persons of 40 villages, ample drinking as well as usable water at their doorstep which will also improve their health.
